About the position:

Since we are a part of a holding, we are constantly growing and expanding throughout different markets, now we are looking for a Middle/Senior Recruiter with strong full-cycle recruiting and decision-making experience and attitude, nevertheless with strong executive head-hunting and searching skills. This role foresees that you will be working with different positions as well as with global regions.

We require you to have:

  • deep understanding and successful hiring, experience with international markets;
  • familiarity with C-level and Senior level positions (tech and non-tech);
  • proven work experience as an IT Recruiter (either an in-house, or agency);
  • upper-intermediate or higher level of English (both written and oral);
  • understanding of software development specialties and methodologies;
  • hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
  • strong decision-making skills, and a clear understanding of what is a “right hire”;
  • time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously, as well as be able to adapt and prioritize tasks in a fast pace manner;
  • knowledge of game dev, esports is not mandatory, although it’s welcomed.

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • sourcing and recruiting candidates by using professional networks, databases, job boards, social media, and through referrals;
  • interviewing candidates at various stages of the hiring process, acting as a Recruitment partner (phone screening calls, video interviews, and in-person meetings);
  • assessing candidate's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes;
  • creating and continually supporting “relationship management” attitude;
  • building and remaining trustful connections with candidates;
  • managing all communications with candidates until they get onboard;
  • maintaining a clear, organized database with candidates’ data (e.g. in our ATS).
